WELCOME TO ENCOUNTERS WITH THE PARANORMAL:

Here at Encounters, we welcome ALL Paranormal enthusiast, We feel we are all interested and in this field together and with that we should come together and help bridge the gap that has seem to be broken. We all have our own different methods and opinions but that doesn't mean we can't share them and perhaps keep an open ear and learn from one another.

This field is already filled with many skeptics and bashers, we need to stand together as one. There are many website and chat rooms that entertain the paranormal, here at Encounters with the Paranormal we are trying to bring many groups together, we encourage members and fans of other paranormal groups, or just anyone in general who may have captured something to come in and post any evidence whether it be EVP’s or video/still photography, etc. We would like for you share your encounters with the paranormal with us, even if you may not have captured anything but would like to post a story about your experience we want to hear it.

Also we would like to welcome any paranormal groups out there to share their website links with us so that we may bring more people to your sites as well. Just email us your info and banners, etc. and we will post them up for you.

We also have a chat room called Encounters With The Paranormal Chat, here we like to discuss, various topics of discussion we have a schedule where we will post the topic, the day and time of the discussion. We understand that a para topic maybe hard to maintain 24 hours 7 days a week, but we like to try, if you are involved with a para group we would love for you to come in chat about your cases. We want to hear from everyone interested in the paranormal. In order for us to help keep the discussions flowing, we would like to hear some suggestions from you on what you would like to discuss. You can email your topic discussions to us and it will be discussed. Or if there aren’t any discussion scheduled just come on in and meet other paranormal people like yourself, share your experiences, your investigations, your thoughts and opinions or just chat with us.

Again, we are all interested in this field we call Paranormal, we all want to find the same answers, so...

Lets All Come Together and share our Encounters With The Paranormal.

RULES FOR CHATTING:

1) Do not spam or invite any other chatters into a different room

2) Do not "troll" for those who do not know what this is: see below

An Internet troll, or simply troll in Internet slang, is someone who posts controversial, inflammatory, irrelevant or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum or chat room, with the intention of provoking other users into an emotional response or to generally disrupt normal on-topic discussion or start up a flame-war among members.

3) Do not berate individual because their belief system does not match yours. We understand debate can become heated but NO INSULTING OR BERATEMENT WILL BE TOLERATED BY ANYONE

4) Refrain from racism or discrimination. For example, if their sexual preference differs from yours or any kind of sexual harassment.

5) We all like to joke and have fun, but if a Mod/Op tells you to stop and you continue to disregard them you will be kicked with a potential Ban

6) Do Not Private Message any Mods/Op’s unless you ask them for permission.

7) This is a PG 13 room, which means if you hear it on TV you can say it in here too. Remember the "F Bomb" is not considered PG13

8) Lets keep it fun and a non hostile environment, if someone is offended by something you say, it is recommended that you apologize for it and move on, lets not dwell on it forever.

9) MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS, if a situation should arise it is the Mod/Op’s responsibility to handle the situation, if you butt in you will be gone also. DO NOT ASK THE OPS WHY A PERSON HAS BEEN BANNED.
